Getting to the Ranch
Tod Mountain Ranch is in the Southern Interior of British Columbia situated at the foot of Tod Mountain close to Sun Peaks resort, approximately 55kms North from Kamloops. Click here to see an interactive map.

The Greyhound Bus station in Kamloops serves direct routes to many parts of BC and Alberta.
Transfers to/from the Ranch
Transfers can be arranged to or from Kamloops Airport, Greyhound Bus Station or any Kamloops Hotel or Motel at no additional charge (conditions apply). Please contact us for details.

Driving Directions
We do not recommend the use of GPS navigation systems to get to the ranch. There are several routes that will take you to the ranch through back country and forest service roads. These roads cross the mountains at high elevations and it is not unusual for them to still be covered in deep snow in late spring and early summer. We strongly recommend that you do not take these routes as the roads are often impassable due to weather conditions and active logging activity. Please follow the directions below
Directions From Vancouver
Highway 1 through Hope then onto Highway 5 towards Kamloops. From Kamloops, continue on Highway 5 North (signposted Jasper) for approx 18km. Take the exit marked Sun Peaks Ski Resort and at the Heffley Creek store, turn left onto Tod Mountain Road (labeled Sun Peaks Road on some maps). Follow this road for approx 23km. Look out for the blue & white signs for Tod Mountain Guest Ranch along this road. When you see the sign ‘Tod Mountain Guest Ranch 5 km’ you will see a gravel road forking off to the left. Turn onto the gravel road (Heffley-Louis Creek Road) and follow this for approx 5km to Tod Mountain Ranch. You will see our ranch sign from the road.
Directions From Jasper
Take Highway 5 (Yellowhead Highway) south towards Kamloops. Approximately 4km past the town of Barriere turn left onto Agate Bay Road. Follow this road for approx 11km and then turn right onto Heffley-Louis Creek Road. Follow this road for approx 25km to Tod Mountain Ranch. You will see our ranch sign from the road.
