Romance was truly in the air today at the ranch when one of our guests, Steve decided to propose to his girlfriend Denise.
Tracey set the stage with Champagne, roses & chocolate covered strawberries, ready for Steve to propose
Tod Mountain Ranch were in on the action, when Steve asked us to help him arrange the surprise. Steve wanted to propose during the afternoon ride, and we made a special stop at the ‘Top Of The World’ so he could surprise her. Whilst Wrangler Steve got guests Steve & Denise saddled up, Tracey drove up to the stop place with a truck full of champagne, flowers and chocolate covered strawberries and set them up ready for Steve & Denise to arrive. She then strategically parked the truck in front of the site so that Denise could not see them from the trail.

Once they all arrived at the stopping place, we helped them off their horse, and then drove the truck away to reveal the surprise. There, Steve got down on one knee and proposed. And to our delight, she said YES! No hesitation!
The Proposal
We’re delighted that Steve chose our ranch for such a special event and it was an honour to share in the celebration. We wish them both every happiness in the future!

We are delighted to welcome our first guests of the season today. We’re so excited to finally be open again, after what seemed like a long winter. It’s a beautiful warm, sunny day. Perfect for riding and a great start to the season.
