Kamloops Rodeo Weekend - $625 per person
Friday 14th May- Monday 17th May 2010
The Kamloops Rodeo is one of the Canadian Professional Rodeo Associations annual events. Featuring some of the best professional rodeo sportsmen, the Rodeo will feature saddle bronc, bareback riding, bull riding, tie down roping, steer wrestling and team roping; not forgetting barrel racing, the only rodeo event for women.
The rodeo is held on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon and we have tailored a weekend package to take advantage of this great event.
Friday - arrive after 4pm and join us for a special Rodeo themed dinner
Saturday - after breakfast, head out on the trail for a morning ride followed by a BBQ lunch at the ranch. After lunch relax for a while before we head out to Kamloops rodeo ground. Dinner will be straight out of the rodeo chuckwagon washed down with a few beers from the beer garden overlooking the rodeo arena.
Sunday - we’ll hit the trail a little earlier today and enjoy a morning ride with brunch back at the ranch. We’ll depart for the Rodeo grounds around midday and take in all the action before returning to the ranch for dinner.
Monday - depart after breakfast
Rate includes 3 nights accommodation, riding on Saturday and Sunday, transport to and from the rodeo grounds, all meals and drinks at the ranch and the rodeo grounds, entrance fees to rodeo on both Saturday and Sunday, use of all ranch facilities during your stay. Price excludes federal and provincial taxes.

Cowgirl Weekend - $595 per person

Leave the men at home, and come join us for a weekend of fun and relaxation. Arrive after 4pm on Friday in time for a special wine tasting dinner. On Saturday we will enjoy a trail ride in the morning. After lunch, our beauty therapists will arrive and give you a beauty treatment of your choice (manicure, pedicure or facial). There will be another opportunity to ride on Sunday morning followed by lunch at the ranch. Depart after lunch. Rate includes 2 nights accommodation, riding on Saturday and Sunday, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks at the ranch, wine & beer with dinner on Friday and Saturday night, wine tasting event on Friday night, one beauty treatment, use of all ranch facilities during your stay. Cowboy Weekend - $695

Now it’s the men’s turn to have some fun. Arrive on Friday after 4pm and join us for Poker Night. On Saturday, after breakfast head out on the trail for a 2 hour ride followed by lunch at the ranch. After lunch, we’ll transport you to the golf course for an afternoon tee-off time to play 18 holes. Return to the ranch for whisky tasting followed by dinner. There will be another opportunity to ride on Sunday morning followed by lunch at the ranch. Depart after lunch. Rate includes 2 nights accommodation, riding on Saturday and Sunday, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks at the ranch, wine & beer with dinner on Friday and Saturday night, transport to and from the golf course, green fees and cart hire, whisky tasting event on Saturday evening, use of all ranch facilities during your stay. Thursday - arrive after 4pm and join us for a special Rodeo themed dinner
Friday - after breakfast, head out on the trail for a morning ride followed by a BBQ lunch at the ranch. After lunch relax for a while before we head out to Kamloops rodeo ground. Dinner will be straight out of the rodeo chuckwagon washed down with a few beers from the beer garden overlooking the rodeo arena.
Saturday - we’ll hit the trail a little later today and enjoy a leisurely ride with lunch taken on the trail. We’ll get back to the ranch around 3.30pm giving you the opportunity to freshen up and put on your dancing boots before heading out to the rodeo grounds and doing it all again.

Labour Day Weekend at Barriere Fall Fair & Rodeo - $695 per person
Friday 3rd September - Monday 6th September
The North Thompson Fall Fair & Rodeo started back in 1950 as “a celebration of agriculture, livestock, western country living and community spirit”. Still going strong and in it’s 61st year, the focus remains the same. The Rodeo will feature saddle bronc, bareback riding, bull riding, tie down roping, steer wrestling, break away roping and team roping; not forgetting barrel racing, the only rodeo event for women. In addition we also get the opportunity to watch some Chariot Racing and the Pony Chuckwagon race.
The North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo rodeo is held on all 3 days of the Labour Day weekend and we have tailored a weekend package to take advantage of this great event.

Saturday - after breakfast, head out on the trail for a morning ride followed by a BBQ lunch at the ranch. After lunch head out on the trail again in a different direction and relax for a while before dinner.
Sunday - After breakfast, we’ll head to the Fair Grounds at Barriere arriving in plenty of time for you to see some of the exhibits and shows before the Rodeo begins around 1.30pm. After the Rodeo we’ll witness the amazing Chuckwagon Races and then head to the Fall Fair Hall for the Cowboy Concert.

Take advantage of the facilities and activities at the ranch throughout your stay and enjoy a special Thanksgiving Feast prepared by our resident Chef on Sunday. Depart Monday after breakfast.
